Initially a clinician, Liz has worked in Health Care for over 20 years leading National and European transformational change programmes.
Passionate about the opportunities that technology offers to improve healthcare, Liz founded ORCHA in 2015 determined to present a way to offer guidance to app developers to help raise app quality, as well as helping the public and professionals to confidently find and apply apps that could genuinely improve public, patient and organisational outcomes.
Liz has received numerous awards and accolades for her work including winning Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year UK in 2018, Technology CEO UK 2019 and has been recognized as one of the country’s most ambitious leaders by the Telegraphs LDC 2019.
Along with ORCHA position, Liz holds a number of other roles including being an NHSE National Innovation Accelerator Fellow, a Board Advisor to OCS and Associate Vice Chair for standards at the BCS.

Initially a clinician in the NHS, I have worked in Health and Care for over 20 years leading National and European transformational change programmes with Digital Health.
Research and entrepreneurship lie at the heart of my approach and my work to date has included helping businesses, academia, and the public sector to make sense of the opportunities to innovate using technologies, as well as providing foresight into what the future holds in terms of challenges and opportunities.
By being generous , partnering and collaborating with others my leadership style is one which ensures collaboration and commitment.
My driving philosophy is to create responsive Health & Care systems using technolgy, based on need, which promote health, reduce inequalities and ensure improved outcomes for users and their families.
I am a well networked individual both nationally and internationally I am able to bring both mine and others experience, knowledge and skill together and it is this along with a tenacity and passion to ensure delivery is achieved which will mean I will not let you down!
